摘要
目的观察康柏西普联合Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入治疗新生血管性青光眼(NVG)效果。方法回顾性分析2018年7月-2020年3月我院收治的80例由缺血性眼部疾病引起的NVG患者临床资料,采用随机法将35例使用康柏西普治疗的患者纳入对照组,将45例使用康柏西普联合Ahmed植入治疗的患者纳入观察组。比较两组术眼眼压、视力情况、术眼新生血管消退及并发症情况。结果治疗1个月后,观察组患者的眼压(15.67±3.58mmHg)低于对照组(18.57±3.26mmHg),t=3.736,观察组患者视力(0.58±0.09)高于对照组(0.45±0.08),t=6.724,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术眼新生血管完全消退率(93.33%)高于对照组(74.29%),χ^(2)=5.602,P=0.018,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术眼并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.097,P>0.05)。结论采用康柏西普联合Ahmed植入治疗NVG可以降低患者眼压、提升视力,促进患者新生血管消退,且安全性较好,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Compaqipip combined with Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation on neovascular glaucoma(NVG).Methods The clinical data of 80 NVG patients caused by ischemic eye disease admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,35 patients treated with Compaercept were included in the control group,and 45 patients treated with Ahmed implantation were included in the observation group.The intraocular pressure,visual acuity,neovascularization and complications of the intraocular eyes were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the intraocular pressure(15.67±3.58mmHg)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(18.57±3.26mmHg),t=3.736,and the visual acuity of the observation group(0.58±0.09)was higher than that of the control group(0.45±0.08),t=6.724,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complete regression rate of neovascularization in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(74.29%),χ^(2)=5.602,P=0.018,the difference was significant There was statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of ocular complications between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.097,P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Compaqipip combined with Ahmed implantation in the treatment of NVG can reduce the intraocular pressure,improve vision,and promote the regression of neovascularization in patients,and it is safe and worth promoting.
