摘要 目的研究PDCA结合情景模拟在胸外科带教中的应用价值。方法将本院2017年4月—2020年4月胸外科实习生90名列为课题研究对象,实施随机平均分组方式分配实习生为常规组和观察组,常规组采取传统教学方式进行带教教学,观察组采取PDCA结合情景模拟进行带教教学,比较带教教学后组间实习生考核成绩及专业水平。结果观察组实习生经临床带教教学后,考核成绩各项均高于常规组(P<0.05),临床专业水平比较,以观察组各项评估得分较常规组更为良好,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸外科带教过程中,将PDCA管理方法与情景模拟教学方式联合应用,能够对科室实习生学习情况及带教课程内容掌握程度得到显著提高,增强其临床疾病救治专业水平,促进实习生专业技巧积累,以此保障胸外科带教教学效果,改善教学质量,具有较高带教教学应用价值。 Objective To study the application value of PDCA combined with scenario simulation in thoracic surgery teaching.Methods 90 interns of thoracic surgery in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group.The conventional group adopted the traditional teaching method for teaching,and the observation group adopted PDCA combined with scenario simulation for teaching.The assessment results and professional level of interns between groups after teaching were compared.Results After clinical teaching,the examination scores of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the evaluation scores of the observation group were better than those of the conventional group in terms of clinical professional level(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of thoracic surgery teaching,the combination of PDCA management method and scene simulation teaching method can significantly improve the learning situation of department interns and the mastery of teaching course content,enhance their professional level of clinical disease treatment,and promote the accumulation of professional skills of interns,so as to ensure the teaching effect of thoracic surgery teaching and improve the teaching quality,which has higher teaching value Teaching application value.
