摘要
某大型机座产品焊接后N端端部顶面凹陷。此时,内部中心孔已加工完,工艺要求采用堆焊后再次加工的方法,保证机座顶面平面度达到2 mm的设计要求。旨在解决堆焊过程中已加工中心孔变形的问题,通过焊前预固定、控制焊接热输入、强迫冷却、改进焊接顺序、焊后敲击焊缝等工艺措施达到预期效果。
The top surface of the N end of a generator base is depressed after welding.At this point, the inner center hole has been processed.In the process, the method of surfacing welding before processing is adopted to ensure that the flatness of the top surface of the machine seat meets the design requirements of 2 mm.The purpose of this paper is to solve the deformation problem of machining center hole in the process of surfacing welding and to achieve the expected effect by pre-fixing before welding, controlling welding heat input, forcing cooling, improving welding sequence and knocking weld after welding.
