摘要
介绍了汽轮机隔板套变形的堆焊修复工艺,通过对母材进行焊接性分析,从焊接材料、焊接方法、工艺参数等方面分析确定了修复方案,并实施焊接,通过焊缝质量检测结果表明,采用此修复方案,可以取得良好的修复效果。为汽轮机隔板、隔板套等相应产品的修复积累了经验,对保证电厂汽轮机正常运行有极大的意义。
This paper mainly introduces the repairing technology of the deformation of the turbine baffle cover and analyzes the welding property of the mother material,thereby determines the repair plan from the aspects of welding materials,welding methods and process parameters,and carries out the welding. The results of the weld test show that this repair scheme can be used to achieve a good repair effect. It has accumulated experience for the repair of steam turbine baffle and baffle cover,which is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of steam turbine.
