摘要
目的了解孕产妇对分娩镇痛试点工作的满意度情况,构建模型探究影响孕产妇满意度的因素。方法以全国912家分娩镇痛试点医院内的孕产妇为调查对象,共发放问卷7870份,最终获得有效问卷3666份,问卷有效率为40.2%,采用Amos 26.0软件构建结构方程模型探究分娩镇痛满意度的影响因素。结果构建的结构方程模型拟合度较好,量表中各条目均能很好地反映镇痛流程满意度和镇痛效果满意度,文化程度和地区对镇痛流程满意度具有正向影响,而医疗付费方式、家庭居住地和职业对镇痛效果满意度具有负向影响。结论结构方程模型能够很好地揭示影响孕产妇分娩镇痛的因素,为孕产妇满意度研究提供新的思路和方法;加强科普宣传和沟通交流,确保分娩过程的镇痛质量,有助于提高镇痛满意度。
Objective To understand the pregnant women’s satisfaction with the labor analgesia pilot work and build a model to explore the factors affecting pregnant women’s satisfaction.Methods A total of 7870 questionnaires were distributed to pregnant women in 912 pilot hospitals in China,3666 valid questionnaires were obtained,and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 40.20%.The structural equation model was constructed by Amos 26.0Software to explore the influencing factors of labor analgesia satisfaction.Results The fitting degree of the structural equation model constructed was good.Each item in the scale could well reflect the satisfaction degree of the analgesia process and analgesic effect.Education level and regional division had a positive impact on the satisfaction degree of analgesia process,and education level had a positive impact on the satisfaction degree of analgesic effect,the way of medical payment,family residence,and occupation had a negative impact on the satisfaction of analgesic effect.Conclusion Structural equation model can reveal the factors that affect pregnant women’s labor analgesia and provide new ideas and methods for the study of the satisfaction of pregnant women,strengthening science popularization and communication,and ensuring the quality of labor analgesia is helpful to improve the satisfaction of analgesia.
