摘要
新就业形势下,越来越多的材料类毕业生出现“蓝领”观意识薄弱的问题,通过对武汉科技大学材料化学专业本科生就业认知、职业信念、应用性和技术性知识体系进行思考及探索,从专业认知性课程、“家校同堂”线上课程、专业人文特色课程、专业应用特色课程以及专业“高、精、尖”技术教学课程等专业教育方面提出了新的课程优化方案,拟促进材料类专业“教学”与“学以致用”的协调性发展,为缓解我国相关制造业技术人才缺乏的问题提供可参考的专业培养模式。
Under the background of new employment situation,many graduates majoring in materials science have a poor awareness for“blue collar”.In this paper,we analyze and explore the employment cognition,employment belief,application and technical curriculum system of material chemistry undergraduates in Wuhan University of Science and Technology,and then put forward a new curriculum optimization strategy based on the professional education by setting up new professional cognitive courses of“home-university-discussion”online course,professional humanities course,featured application course and advanced technology professional course,which can promote the coordinated development of“teaching”and“learning for application”,so as to alleviate the shortage of technical talents in China’s manufacturing industry and provide a reference professional training mode.
