摘要
面对日益严峻的就业形势,大学生的就业心态复杂多变,由此带来的大学生就业问题,已成为了不容忽视的社会问题。理工科毕业生有着较特殊的就业心态问题,本文对理工科大学生就业心态进行客观地分析研究,并进一步提出解决策略,使大学生以健康积极的心态参与就业竞争。
Facing the increasingly severe employment situation, university students＇ employment mentalities are complex and changing, resulting in university students＇ employment problems, which has become a social problem that can not be ignored. En- gineering graduates have special psychological problems of em- ployment. Therefore, this paper carries out an objective analysis and study on the employment mentalities of engineering universi- ty students, and further proposes solutions, in order to make uni- versity students participate in the competition of employment with a healthy and positive attitude.
