花生壳吸附白芍水提液中重金属的性能研究 被引量:2

Study on the Adsorption of Heavy Metals in the Aqueous Extract of Paeoniae Radix Alba by Peanut Shell

摘要 为探索花生壳去除中药重金属的可行性以及技术的适用性,以花生壳为吸附剂,研究了吸附剂的用量、吸附时间、吸附剂粒径、初始浓度和不同农林废弃物等对吸附白芍水提液中Pb;和Cd;的影响,以提取液的含固量、芍药苷含量和HPLC图谱为指标,评价了水提液中主要化学成分的变化情况,通过FTIR、SEM和XRD等分析讨论了吸附机理。在水提液pH值为5.0,Pb;和Cd;初始浓度分别为1 mg/L和0.2 mg/L,100目的花生壳用量3.8 g的条件下,室温下振荡(150 r/min)2.5 h,其去除率分别为87.81%和75.42%,水提液中残留Pb;和Cd;的含量远低于《中国药典》2020版中药重金属的限量标准(铅≤5 mg/kg,镉≤1 mg/kg)。不同农林废弃物对重金属的吸附能力为:花生壳>稻壳>玉米芯。吸附前后,提取液的含固量、芍药苷含量和HPLC图谱均无明显变化。吸附机理主要包括表面吸附、表面沉淀、离子交换和络合等。这些结果表明,花生壳是一种绿色、安全、经济且潜在有效的去除中药重金属的吸附剂。 To explore the feasibility and technical applicability of removing heavy metals from traditional Chinese medicine by using peanut shell, the effects of adsorbent dosage, adsorption time, adsorbent particle size, initial concentration, and different agroforestry wastes on the adsorption of Pb;and Cd;from the aqueous extract of Paeoniae Radix Alba by peanut shell were investigated, and the solid content of the extract, the content of paeoniflorin and HPLC chromatogram were used as indices to evaluate the changes of the main chemical components in the aqueous extract. Moreover, the mechanism of adsorption by peanut shell was discussed through analysis of FTIR, SEM, and XRD. The removal rates were 87.81%(Pb;) and 75.42%(Cd;) under the conditions of the pH of the aqueous extract solution as 5.0, the initial concentrations of Pb;and Cd;as 1 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L respectively, the dosage of peanut shell as 3.8 g for 100 mesh, and shaking(150 r/min) for 2.5 h at room temperature. After adsorption, the contents of residual Pb;and Cd;in the aqueous extract were far lower than the limits of heavy metals(lead≤5 mg/kg, cadmium≤1 mg/kg) in traditional Chinese medicine defined by the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The adsorption capacity of different agroforestry wastes for heavy metals was as follows: peanut shell>rice husk>corncob. No obvious changes were observed in the solid content, paeoniflorin content, and HPLC chromatogram after adsorption. The adsorption mechanisms mainly included surface adsorption, surface precipitation, ion exchange and complexation, and so on. These results indicate that the peanut shell is a green, safe, economical, and potentially effective adsorbent for the removal of heavy metals from traditional Chinese medicine.
