水中铅的红球菌HX-2吸附条件优化及机制研究 被引量:3

Mechanism and optimization of adsorption condition for lead in water by Rhodococcus HX-2 strain

摘要 目的探讨红球菌HX-2活、死菌体生物吸附剂对Pb2+的吸附特性。方法观察生物吸附剂用量(0.25~1.25 g/L)、p H(3.0~7.0)、吸附温度(10~40℃)以及接触时间(2.5~30 min)对活、死菌体生物吸附剂吸附和去除铅的影响,优化吸附条件。通过红外光谱及扫描电镜观察活、死菌体吸附Pb2+前后官能团及形态的变化。结果在Pb2+浓度为200 mg/L时,吸附剂用量为0.75 g/L,pH 5,吸附温度30℃,接触时间7.5 min时,活、死菌体生物吸附剂对Pb2+的吸附能力较强,分别为87.00和128.17 mg/g。扫描电镜显示死菌体生物吸附剂表面附着的Pb2+多于活菌体生物吸附剂。红外光谱分析显示O-H或N-H可能参与Pb2+的生物吸附。结论红球菌HX-2的死菌体生物吸附剂对Pb2+的吸附效果优于活菌体生物吸附剂,可用于水体Pb2+的吸附处理。 Objective To study the biosorption characteristics of live and dead biosorbents of Rhodococcus HX-2 on Pb2+.Methods The biosorption effects of live and dead biosorbent were compared by infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope,the adsorption model of live and dead biosorbents was found by detecting the changes of biosorption process parameters,such as the amount of biosorbent(0.25-1.25 g/L),pH(3.0-7.0),biosorption temperature(10-40℃)and adsorbent time(2.5-30 min).Results The maximum biosorption capacity was 87.00 mg/g for live biosorbents and 128.17 mg/g for dead biosorbents under the conditions,such as initial mass concentration of 200 mg/L,the amount of biosorbent of 0.75 g/L,pH 5,treatment temperature of 30℃and adsorbent time of 7.5 min.Observation by scanning electron microscopy showed that more Pb2+was attached to the surface of dead biosorption than to live biosorption.Analysis by infrared spectrum showed that O-H or N-H might be involved in biosorption of Pb2+.Conclusion The biosorption effect of the dead biosorbents of Rhodococcus HX-2 on Pb2+is better than that of the live biosorbents,which can be used for the biosorption of lead in contaminated water.
