摘要
行走部传动轴发生断裂是采煤机运行中的重大故障,严重影响井下生产效率。针对一起典型行走部传动轴断裂故障进行分析,首先建立了传动轴三维模型,通过模拟实际受力状况进行有限元分析,从设计角度对故障原因进行了分析,然后对故障件进行取样,检验了故障件材料化学成分、机械性能,从产品质量角度对故障原因进行了分析,最后对设备工况及操作方法进行了调研,从工况角度对故障原因进行了分析;综合设计、产品质量和使用工况3个方面分析结果,得出故障原因,并给出了针对性改进对策,为行走部传动轴设计及故障分析提供了一种思路。
The fracture of the transmission shaft of the traveling part is a major fault in the operation of the shearer,which seriously affects the underground production efficiency. For the analysis of a typical fracture fault of the transmission shaft of the walking part,firstly,the three-dimensional model of the transmission shaft is established,the finite element analysis is carried out by simulating the actual stress condition,and the cause of the fault is analyzed from the design point of view. Then the fault parts are sampled,the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materials of the fault parts are tested,the cause of the fault is analyzed from the perspective of product quality,and finally the working conditions and operation methods of the equipment are investigated. The fault causes are analyzed from the perspective of working conditions. Based on the analysis results of design,product quality and service conditions,the fault causes are obtained,and the targeted improvement countermeasures are given,which provides an idea for the design and fault analysis of the transmission shaft of the walking part.
