摘要
全域旅游已经成为旅游业发展的必然趋势,完善旅游公共服务是发展全域旅游的重要条件。本研究依据全域旅游对旅游公共服务的要求,运用层次分析法建立了花溪区旅游公共服务质量评价体系,通过问卷调查获得相关数据后进行评价研究。研究结果表明:花溪区的旅游交通服务质量和旅游信息咨询服务质量的得分较高,但是仍未达到满意的程度,需进一步提高交通设施及信息服务水平,保持竞争优势;旅游惠民便民服务质量、旅游行政监管服务质量的评分较低,且花溪区的旅游公共服务总体得分都不是很高,仍有很大提升空间。因此,需在未来旅游公共服务建设工作中解决当前存在的问题,并不断创新,提高整体旅游公共服务质量。
All-for-one Tourism has become an inevitable trend of tourism development,and improving tourism public service is an important condition for the development of all-for-one tourism.Based on the requirements of all-for-one tourism on public service,this paper established the quality evaluation system of tourism public service in Huaxi District by using the analytic hierarchy process.Then,it conducted the evaluation research after obtaining the relevant data through questionnaire survey.The results show that the quality of tourism transportation service and the quality of tourism information consulting service in Huaxi District have a high score,but they are notfull score.It is necessary to further improve the level of transportation facilities and information service to maintain the competitive advantage.In addition,the score of tourism administrative supervision service quality is low,and the overall score of tourism public services in Huaxi District is not very high,and there is still much room for improvement.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the current problems in the construction of tourism public service in the future,and constantly innovate to improve the overall quality of tourism public service.
