摘要
文章提炼了教练技术相关理论与工具方法,在建构主义的视角下,对教练技术在生命教育课程教学中的渗透进行概念的界定及理论内容的概述,较为深入地分析了教练技术的逻辑层次结构理论,并基于该理论构建教练技术的生命教育课堂教学模式,通过逻辑层次的意识唤醒--目标建构--学习路径筛查--促进行动几个步骤,帮助学生明晰生命价值,实现自我认知,挖掘学习潜能,培养个体的核心素养,实现“全人”的发展。同时促进授课教师在教学理念、方法上的改进以及教师个人的成长和改变。
This paper refines the theories and tools related to coaching techniques with the perspective of constructivist teaching model.It defines the concepts and outlines the theoretical contents of the penetration of coaching techniques in life education teaching,analyzes the logicalhierarchy theory of coaching techniques in some depth.Based on this theory,a life education classroom teaching model of coaching techniques is constructed.Through awakening awareness of logical level,constructing goals,screening learning path and promoting actions,it helps students clarify the value of life,realizes self-awareness,explores learning potential,cultivates individual core qualities and realizes“The Whole Person”development.At the same time,it will promote the improvement of teachers’teaching ideas and methods,as well as the personal growth and the change.
