摘要
石塔山曾是一位村长居住过的废弃房屋。位于村庄的中心,屋顶采用和锖瓦(kawara plates)铺设。虽然大家都认为我们应该将这座房屋利用起来,但是以往我们难以物色到可以购买这座房屋并成为这座房屋主人的合适人选。因此,我们曾尝试与每一位有意向的人一起买下这座房屋并进行改造。终于我们筹集了足够的购买资金,并于2020年夏天开始了Fushin(总承包)风格的改造工程。
Shita-san was the abandonend house,where the village headman lived in the past.It has great kawara plates roof and locates center of the village.Though everyone understood that we should utilize this house,it was difficult to find"someone"who can buy and have responsibility of the future of this house.Then,we tried to buy and work for Shita-san with everyone who has interests together.Finally,we collected enough funds to buy and started renovation process with the style of"Fushin"(General Contract),in the summer 2020.
