摘要
近年来,“体教融合”成为社会各界关注的热点,我国体教融合由传统意义上的体育与教育系统选材一体化转变为学校体育与竞技体育的深度融合。在素质教育背景下,以体教融合为切入点,切实提升大学生身体素质,促进大学生身心全面发展,是高校体育课程的重要教学目标。该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等科学研究方法,在对我国体教融合发展历程进行梳理的基础上,明晰我国体教融合的现实困境,提出对高校体育课程进行全面的转型和变革,开展以“健康第一”为指导理念的高校体育课程改革,通过改革的持续推进,为学生提供优质的运动环境和运动体验,实现学生体质提升,促进学生体育兴趣的培养和终身体育习惯的养成,形成基于满足人的全面发展和与高校人才培养目标相统一的体育课程新模式。
In recent years,"sports and education integration"has become a hot spot in the society.Sports and education integration in China has changed from the integration of sports and education system selection in the traditional sense to the deep integration of school sports and competitive sports.In the context of quality education,taking sports and education integration as the starting point,effectively improving the physical quality of college students,and promoting the overall physical and mental development of college students are important teaching goals of college physical education courses.This paper uses scientific research methods such as literature,questionnaire and interview to sort out the development process of sports and education integration in China,clarify the practical dilemma of sports and education integration in China,put forward a comprehensive transformation and reform of college PE curriculum,carry out the reform of college PE curriculum with the guiding concept of"health first",and provide students with high-quality sports environment and sports experience through the continuous promotion of the reform,Realize the improvement of students'physique,promote the cultivation of students'sports interests and lifelong sports habits,and form a new PE curriculum model based on meeting people's all-round development and unifying with the talent training objectives of colleges and universities.
