摘要
柠檬烯为柑橘加工过程中柑橘精油的主要成分,经生物转化可以生成结构更加稳定的柠檬烯-1,2-二醇,实现农副产品的增值。使用5株假臭草来源内生真菌对单萜柠檬烯进行生物转化,借助GC-MS分析技术分析转化产物。结果表明:这5株内生真菌均能转化单萜柠檬烯生成不同浓度的柠檬烯-1,2-二醇。
Limonene is the main component of citrus essential oil in the process of citrus processing. Through biotransformation,limonene-1,2-diol with more stable structure can be generated to realize the value-added of agricultural and sideline products.Limonene was biotransformed by five praxelis clematidea-derived endophytic fungi. The products were analyzed by means of standard products and GC-MS. Results showed the 5 strains of endophytic fungi could biotransform into monoterpene limonene and obtain limonene-1,2-diol in different concentrations.
