来源于炼油厂土壤的3株真菌生物转化(+)-柠檬烯研究 被引量:1

摘要 柠檬烯为柑橘加工过程中柑橘精油的主要成分,经生物转化可以合成高附加值的含氧衍生物,实现农副产品的增值。以来源于炼油厂土壤的3株真菌(尖孢镰刀菌、白曲霉、Aspergillus allahabadii)为研究对象,采用液体培养法生物转化(+)-柠檬烯,并借助GC-MS分析技术分析代谢产物。结果表明该3株真菌均具有生物转化(+)-柠檬烯能力,其中尖孢镰刀菌、白曲霉生物转化(+)-柠檬烯的主要产物为异辣薄荷酮,Aspergillus allahabadii生物转化(+)-柠檬烯的主要产物产物为二氢香芹酮和异辣薄荷酮。 Limonene is the main component of citrus essential oil in the process of citrus processing.Through biotransformation,high value-added oxygen-containing derivatives can be synthesized to realize the value-added of agricultural and sideline products.In this paper,three fungi(Fusarium oxysporum,Aspergillus candidus,Aspergillus allahabadii)from the soil of petroleum refineries were used as the research object.The liquid culture method was used to biotransform(+)-limonene,and the metabolites were analyzed by GC-MS analysis technology.The results show that the three fungi have the ability to biotransform(+)-limonene.The main conversion product of Fusarium oxysporum and Aspergilluscandidus,is isopiperitenone,and the main conversion product of Aspergillus allahabadii is dihydrocarvone and isopiperitenone.
