摘要
测定新疆杨受到杨树腐烂病菌侵染后相关抗性酶的变化规律的结果表明,试验苗接种腐烂病菌后均在2~3天后出现褐色病斑,接种杨树腐烂病菌的处理与对照组相比6种抗性酶均达到显著性水平。β-1,3-葡聚糖酶在第3天出现最高峰,其次为过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、超氧化物歧化酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶在第4天出现最高峰,过氧化物酶在第4~5天出现最高峰。新疆杨受到杨树腐烂病菌侵染后会影响其防御酶的变化,6种抗性酶在1~3天达到显著性水平,1~3天新疆杨正处于杨树腐烂病菌的侵入期和潜育期。
The change rule of related resistance enzymes in Xinjiang poplar after being infected by poplar rot fungus was determined,Theoretical basis.After the test seedlings were inoculated with P.rot,brown lesions appeared 2~3 days later.Compared with the control group,the six kinds of resistance enzymes reached a significant level in the treatments inoculated with P.rot.β-1,3-glucanase showed the highest peak on the 3rd day,followed by catalase,polyphenol oxidase,superoxide dismutase,and phenylalanine ammonia lyase showed the highest peak on the 4th day.The oxidase showed the highest peak in the 4 th~5 th.The changes of defense enzymes of Xinjiang poplar were affected by the infection of poplar rot fungus.The six resistant enzymes reached a significant level in 1~3 days,and Xinjiang poplar was in the invasion and incubation period of poplar rot pathogens from 1-3 days,which can provide a theoretical basis for preventing the large-scale occurrence of poplar rot disease in advance.
