5种药剂对库尔勒香梨树腐烂病的防效评价

摘要 利用菌丝生长速率法、离体枝条接种法和刮治法研究5种药剂对库尔勒香梨树腐烂病的室内毒力和田间防效,为生产中防治库尔勒香梨树腐烂病提供理论依据。室内毒力测定表明:5种药剂对于库尔勒香梨树腐烂病菌的抑制作用不同,半最大效应(EC50)值顺序依次为:3%噻霉酮>25%吡唑醚菌酯>430g·L^(-1)戊唑醇>27%戊唑·噻霉酮>30%唑醚·戊唑醇;离体枝条接种试验结果表明:3种单剂的保护作用和治疗作用均高于2种复配剂,其中25%吡唑醚菌酯的保护作用和治疗作用最强,其次为3%噻霉酮和430g·L^(-1)戊唑醇;田间防效评价结果表明:3%噻霉酮和430g·L^(-1)戊唑醇防效最强,25%吡唑醚菌酯的防效次之,2种复配剂的防效较差。依据离体接种和田间防效试验可知,3%噻霉酮、430g·L^(-1)戊唑醇和25%吡唑醚菌酯是防治库尔勒香梨树腐烂病的有效药剂,建议生产中推广使用,使用时还应注意不同作用机理的药剂之间交替使用,以避免因长时间使用同一种药剂而使病害产生抗药性。 The indoor virulence and field control effect of five fungicides against Korla fragrant pear treet Valsa canker were studied by mycelial growth rate method,in vitro branch inoculation method and scraping method,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the control of Korla fragrant pear tree canker in production.The indoor virulence test showed that the inhibitory effects of the five agents on the canker of Korla fragrant pear tree were different,in the order of EC50:3%benziothiazolinone>25%pyraclostrobin>430g·L^(-1)tebuconazole>27%tebuconazole·benziothiazolinone>30%pyraclostrobin·tebuconazole.The results showed that the protective and therapeutic effects of the three single agents were higher than those of the two compound agents,among which 25%pyraclostrobin ether ester had the strongest protective and therapeutic effects,followed by 3%benziothiazolinoneand 430g·L^(-1) tebuconazole.The results of field control evaluation showed that the control effects of 3%benziothiazolinone and 430g·L^(-1) tebuconazolewere the strongest,followed by 25%pyraclostrobin and the control effects of the two compounds were poor.According to the in vitro inoculation and field control effect test,3%benziothiazolinone,430g·L^(-1) tebuconazole and 25%pyraclostrobin are effective agents for controlling Korla fragrant pear tree canker.It is suggested to be popularized and used in actual production.Attention should also be paid to the use of fungicides with different mechanisms of action alternately,so as to avoid the use of the same drug for a long time and make the disease resistance.
