摘要
针对沿海某火电厂出现汽水品质异常,水样氢电导率超标的现象,联合总有机碳与脱气氢电导率仪对水汽系统水样进行分析,发现水样中有机物含量偏高,随着高温分解产生的CO_(2)溶于水中,导致水样氢电导率出现虚高状况;对制水系统水样有机物分析,找出除盐水中有机物偏高的原因;通过控制原水中有机物含量,使问题得到解决,为电厂水汽系统能够安全、稳定、有效的运行提供了保障。
Abnormal quality of steam and water,and over standard of hydrogen conductivity of water were taken place in a coastal thermal power plant.In this paper,the water vapor samples were analysed by conducting integrated measurement of total organic carbon and degassed hydrogen conductivity.High organic matter content in water sample was found.High-temperature decomposition brought about CO_(2) dissolveing in water,and high hydrogen conductivity.Meanwhile,the organic matter in water samples were analyzed to find out the reason for high organic matter in demineralized water.By controlling the content of organic matter in raw water,the problem is solved,which provides guarantee for the safe,stable and effective operation of water vapor system of power plant.
