摘要
对某电厂600MW超临界锅炉中TP347H屏式过热器管在运行5 000 h后内壁出现大量氧化皮的现象进行了综合分析:过热器管的化学成分和力学性能分析,氧化皮的形貌、能谱和X射线衍射分析,结果表明,氧化皮致密层中的Cr含量高于疏松层及基体,有助于延缓管材的氧化,造成严重氧化的原因可能与超温运行和加氧运行有关。后来在电厂运行中采取一定的保护措施,继续运行到10 000 h后检查,氧化状况得到明显改善。
There were large number of oxide in internal surface of the TP347H panel division super-heater tubes after operation for 5000 h in a 600MW super-critical boiler. The chcmial composition and mechanical properties of the material and oxide morphology etc were analyzed by meuns of SEM, EDS etc. The results indicated that Cr content in the compact scale layer was higher than that in the loose layer and in the base, resulling in the enhancement of the oxidation resistance. The reasons causing serious oxidation may be related to overrun-temperature and operation with adding oxygen. After taking some protection measures the oxidation resistance of tubes was improved obviously, and the tubes had been operated continuously for 10 000 h.
