摘要
首先介绍了压铸模较为常见的缺陷,即凹陷、型芯塑性变形、磨损、断裂、热疲劳裂纹、粘模和溶蚀缺陷等,其次对机器视觉技术在模具缺陷检测与应用方面进行了介绍,并从定义、结构、用途等方面对机器视觉技术中用于缺陷检测的常用基本算法进行了阐述,最后对基于机器视觉的压铸模缺陷检测与应用研究前景进行了总结与展望。
The common defects of die casting die were introduced first. These defects include dent defects, core plastic deformation, wear defects, fracture defects, thermal fatigue crack, sticky defects, corrosion defects, etc. The die defect detection and other application aspects based on machine vision were introduced, and several common basic algorithms used for defect detection in machine vision technology were explained in terms of definition, structure, use, etc. The application and research prospect of die casting die defect detection based on machine vision were summarized and prospected finally.
