摘要
从压铸件的结构和压铸模具的设计、成形零件材料的选用、模具零件的加工与装配工艺、材料的热处理及压铸工艺参数的选用等方面,研究并指出了提高压铸模使用寿命的有效途径,对压铸模的设计与制造有一定的参考价值。
The method of improving its life is studied form the die casting parts structure and mould design,selecting material of forming parts,processing and assembling crafts of mould part,heat treatment craft of material,selecting die casting craft parameters and so on,the efficient ways of improving its life are pointed out,which is valuable for die casting mould design and manufacture.
