摘要
癫痫是一种可引起短暂大脑功能障碍的慢性疾病,迷走神经刺激术是现今治疗癫痫最主要的神经调控疗法之一,其利用间歇性微弱脉冲电对迷走神经进行刺激,以实现控制癫痫发作频次、减轻发作程度的目的,达到癫痫的治疗目标。迷走神经刺激术具有适应证相对广泛、副作用少、手术安全性佳、易于耐受等应用优势,故被作为各类型癫痫的有效辅助救治手段。本文针对迷走神经刺激的作用机制、临床疗效及不良反应等方面展开综述,旨在为癫痫治疗提供新的研究思路。
Epilepsy is a chronic disease that can cause transient brain dysfunction.Vagus nerve stimulation is one of the most important nerve regulation therapies for the treatment of epilepsy.It uses intermittent weak pulse electricity to stimulate the vagus nerve,so as to promote the purpose of controlling the frequency and reducing the degree of epilepsy,and achieve the goal of epilepsy treatment.Vagal nerve stimulation has the advantages of relatively wide indications,less side effects,good surgical safety and easy tolerance,so it is used as an effective auxiliary treatment for all types of epilepsy.This paper reviews the action mechanism,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of vagus nerve stimulation,in order to provide new research ideas for the treatment of epilepsy.
