摘要
目的探讨照顾者教练服务对终末期心力衰竭患者主要照顾者照顾能力及照顾负担的影响。方法选取解放军总医院海南医院2020年1月至2021年8月收治的120例终末期心力衰竭患者的主要照顾者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受照顾者教练服务干预。比较两组干预前后主要照顾者照顾能力、照顾负担得分情况。结果干预后,观察组主要照顾者照顾能力总分及各维度得分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组主要照顾者照顾负担总分及情感负担、私人生活负担、社交负担、个人发展受限负担得分低于对照组(P<0.05),两组自身生理负担得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论照顾者教练服务可有效提高终末期心力衰竭患者主要照顾者的照顾能力,降低照顾负担。
Objective To explore the effect of caregiver coaching service on the caring ability and burden of primary caregivers of patients with end-stage heart failure.Methods A total of 120 primary caregivers of patients with end-stage heart failure treated in Hainan Hospital of PLA General Hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received caregiver coaching service intervention.The scores of caring ability and care burden before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total score of caring ability and the scores of each dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of care burden,emotional burden,private life burden,social burden and personal development limitation burden scores in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in their own physiological burden scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The caregiver coaching service can effectively improve the caring ability of primary caregivers of patients with end-stage heart failure and reduce the burden of care.
