摘要
目的了解慢性病老年人家庭照顾者益处发现的现状并分析其影响因素。方法于2020年6—9月,选取泸州市某三级甲等医院302名老年慢性病住院患者及其家庭照顾者进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析法分析其相关性、多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果慢性病老年人家庭照顾者益处发现得分为92.88±33.50。益处发现与自我效能、家庭功能、社会支持均呈显著正相关(r=0.772~0.855,均P<0.01);患者患慢性病种类、照顾者的性别、照顾满意度、自我效能以及家庭功能对照顾者益处发现的水平有影响(均P<0.05)。结论慢性病老年人家庭照顾者益处发现处于中上水平,影响因素较多,医护人员应掌握其影响因素,实施有效干预,提高益处发现水平。
Objective To analyze the status of benefit finding among the family caregivers of the elderly with chronic disease,analyze the influencing factors. Methods From June and September 2019,302 elderly inpatients with chronic diseases and their family caregivers from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Luzhou City were investigated. Pearson correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The score of benefit finding in family caregivers of the elderly with chronic disease was 92.88 ±33.50. The benefit finding was positively correlated with self-efficacy,family function and social support(r=0.772-0.855,all P<0.01). The types of chronic diseases of patients,gender of caregivers,care satisfaction,self-efficacy and family function had effects on the level of benefit finding among the family caregivers(all P<0.05). Conclusion The benefit finding of family caregivers of the elderly with chronic diseases is at the upper-middle level,and there are many influencing factors. Health care workers should master the influencing factors,implement effective intervention and improve their benefit finding level.
