摘要
近年来数字化文物智能保护系统成为文物保护的主要载体,原有系统由于原始文物数据获取精度较低,无法实现高精度数字化文物模型构建。针对此问题,设计基于光纤光栅传感的数字化文物智能保护系统。选择光纤光栅传感器作为文物测量工具,将其应用到系统硬件框架中,并对中央控制器与通信接口进行优化。根据文物数据采集要求,设定对传感器的反射率与透射率,完成文物数据采集。对采集到的数据进行分类与整合,实现文物数据信息管理。使用处理后的文物数据,构建文物三维模型,完成对文物的保护。至此,基于光纤光栅传感的数字化文物智能保护系统构建完成。系统测试结果表明,光纤光栅传感器在使用后,可有效提升文物智能保护系统的应用性能,为日后的文物智能保护提供平台。
In recent years,the digital cultural relics intelligent protection system has become the main carrier of cultural relics protection.However,this system cannot achieve high-precision digital cultural relics model construction due to the low accuracy of original cultural relics data acquisition.Aiming at this problem,an intelligent protection system for digital cultural relics based on fiber grating sensing is designed.We select the fiber grating sensor as the cultural relic measurement tool,apply it to the system hardware framework,and optimize the central controller and communication interface.According to the requirements of cultural relic data collection,we set the reflectance and transmittance of the sensor to complete the cultural relic data collection.We also classify and integrate the collected data to realize the management of cultural relic data information,use the processed cultural relic data to construct a three-dimensional model of cultural relics to complete the protection of cultural relics.So far,the construction of a digital cultural relics intelligent protection system based on fiber grating sensing has been completed.The system test results show that the fiber grating sensor can effectively improve the application performance of the cultural relics intelligent protection system,and provide a platform for the future intelligent protection of cultural relics.
