摘要
某工程地下室上浮事故造成地下室框架柱、框架梁、现浇楼板、人防墙、填充墙、底板均出现了不同程度的开裂损伤和变形,对结构安全性、整体受力性能造成影响。对构件开裂损伤特征进行研究,其中框架柱因偏心受压导致混凝土被压酥或开裂,框架梁、楼板、抗水板因受弯开裂。根据构件损伤情况,提出增设抗浮锚杆、粘贴碳纤维布及混凝土置换等加固措施。
The basement floating accident of a project resulted in varying degrees of cracking,damage and deformation of the basement frame columns,frame beams,cast-in-situ floor slabs,civil defense walls,infilled walls and bottom plates,which affected the structural safety and overall mechanical performance.This paper studied the cracking damage characteristics of components.The frame columns were compressed or cracked due to eccentric compression.The frame beams,floor slabs and water-resistant boards were cracked due to bending.According to the damage of components,reinforcement measures such as adding floating resistance anchor rods,pasting carbon fiber cloth and concrete replacement were put forward.
