摘要
惠州市某商住楼在竣工投入使用后,遭遇暴雨袭击,造成地下室不均匀上浮,地下负二层底板出现反拱,地下室柱、梁出现裂缝。针对该工程事故,分析了地下室上浮和开裂产生的原因,制定了相对应的预应力锚杆加固处理方案,有效地消除了地下结构内部因上浮而产生的附加内力,取得了较好的加固效果。
A basement of business living building was subjected to rainstorm after the completion ceremony,which made the basement float unevenly, inverted arose on the negative second floor , and the columns and beam of basement cracked.The cause of floating and cracking were analyzed ,and the anti- floating anchors reinforcement programs were made accordingly. The anchors eliminate additional internal force, which was generated by uneven float, and excellent reinforce effects were obtained.
