摘要
高速公路交通事件的发生会影响道路的通行效率,为辅助高速公路管理者掌握道路事件对交通运行的影响程度,从而对应急资源进行合理配置并实施管控方案,提出了一种基于排队论的交通事件评级机制。首先,对历史交通事件数据进行了分类分析,确定了事件严重程度的主要影响要素。其次,考虑事件发生时交通流量、占用车道数等因素对交通流运行的影响,以事件造成的排队变化速度为指标,提出了一种高速公路交通事件影响等级划分机制。最后,利用交通仿真软件SUMO对事件影响等级划分方法进行了仿真验证,该方法能够合理对交通事件影响等级进行划分。
Traffic incidents can affect the traffic efficiency on the expressway.To help transportation agencies to understand the effect of traffic incidents,the traffic incident rating mechanism is proposed,based on queuing theory,for reasonable emergency resource allocation and control.First,the paper analyzed the historical traffic incident data and explored the main factors affecting the severity of traffic incidents.Next,considering the effects of traffic flow and numbers of occupancy vehicle lanes on traffic,expressway incident rating mechanism is given,indexed by queuing change speed in the incident.Finally,the traffic simulation software SUMO was used for simulation verification of the rating mechanism.The test results revealed that the proposed method can classify the impact level on traffic incidents reasonably.
