摘要
消防安全管理是高校治理体系的重要内容,也是影响新时期高校快速稳步发展的重要因素之一。随着现代高校的不断发展,高校消防安全管理工作面临着新的问题和挑战。从分析高校消防安全管理的主要特点入手,指出其存在着高校师生消防安全意识有待加强、对实验室等特殊场所管理不到位、高校安全疏散通道管理不到位、资金投入不足影响消防设备的正常运行、制度落实和消防教育有待加强等主要问题,提出加强消防责任制度建设、加强消防安全教育与培训、通过多样化宣传不断提高师生消防安全意识等加强高校消防安全管理的有效对策。
Fire Safety Management is an important embodiment of the university management system and one of the important factors that affect the fast and steady development of the university in the new period.With the continuous development of modern colleges and universities,the fire safety management in colleges and universities is facing new problems and challenges.Starting from the analysis of the main characteristics of fire safety management in colleges and universities,it points out the main problems existing in the system,such as the need to strengthen the consciousness of fire safety of teachers and students in colleges and universities,the lack of management of special places such as laboratories,the lack of management of safe evacuation passages in colleges and universities,the insufficient investment of funds affecting the normal operation of fire-fighting equipment,the implementation of the system and the need to strengthen fire-fighting education,etc.This paper puts forward some effective countermeasures to strengthen the fire safety management in colleges and universities,such as strengthening the construction of the fire safety responsibility system,strengthening the fire safety education and training,increasing the fire safety consciousness of teachers and students through diversified propaganda.
