摘要
大型商业综合体的快速发展起到了完善城市功能的作用,但同时也具有建筑体量大、内部结构复杂、功能分区多和人流量密集等特点,客观上决定了其不容忽视的火灾危险性。文章针对以大型商业综合体为主的大空间建筑对消防监督管理方面存在的问题进行研究分析,结合实际情况,提出针对大型商业综合体消防管理的意见建议,提升大型商业综合体业主的消防安全意识,对大型商业综合体消防监督管理具有一定的指导意义。
The rapid development of large commercial complex has played a role in urban functions,but at the same time,it also has the characteristics of large building volume,complex internal structure,multiple functional divisions and dense traffic,which objectively determines the fire danger that cannot be ignored.The paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the fire supervision and management of large commercial complex based on large buildings.Combined with the actual situation,it puts forward suggestions for the fire management of large commercial complex,so as to improve the fire safety awareness of owners of large commercial complex.It has certain guiding significance for the fire supervision and management of large commercial complex.
