摘要
大型城市综合体是当今城市高度发展、功能复合的必然产物。其不仅促使城市空间高度集约化,更融合了多种业态功能,多交通流线体系于一体,具有高度的系统性和复杂性。大型城市综合体的设计和后期管理中,消防设计往往是重点和难点。针对珠海铁建广场项目设计与管理,总结城市综合体如何优化处理常见消防设计难题,针对性提出消防解决方案,为综合体工程消防设计提供参考依据。
The large-scale urban complex is the inevitable outcome of the high development and functional combination of the city.It not only promotes the highly intensive urban space,but also integrates a variety of business functions,multi traffic streamline system in one,with a high degree of systematization and complexity.In the design and later management of large-scale urban complex,fire protection design is often the key and difficult point.Aiming at the design and management of Zhuhai railway construction square project,this paper summarizes how to optimize the urban complex to deal with the common fire design problems,and puts forward the fire-fighting solutions to provide a reference for the fire-fighting design of the complex project.
