摘要
在某装备的换装施工过程中发现原有筒间密封装置的紧固件和拉伸弹簧出现了腐蚀断裂现象,为了提高装备的海洋环境适应性和使用寿命,某新型筒间密封装置主体结构件和紧固件均采用不锈钢材料,同时主要承压零件由铝合金改为油尼龙材料。为了明确新型筒间密封装置的使用寿命和有限寿命部组件的维修更换周期,本文通过开展模拟实际服役环境下的寿命加速试验,探究并确定筒间密封装置中典型零部件在复杂海洋环境下的使用寿命,作为装备后续维护使用的重要依据。
During the replacement construction of a certain type of launching system,it was found that the fasteners and tension springs of the original inter-tube seal had corrosion fracture.In order to improve the marine environmental adaptability and service life of the equipment,the main structural parts and fasteners of a new inter-tube seal device were made of stainless steel,and the main pressure parts were changed from aluminum alloy to oil nylon.Meanwhile,to clarify the service life of the new inter-tube seal and the maintenance and replacement cycle of components with limited service life,this paper explored and determined the service life of typical parts by carrying out the life acceleration test under the simulated actual service environment,which could be used as an important basis for the subsequent maintenance and use of the equipment.
