摘要
基于某海域舰面停放环境谱,采用30CrMnSiA材料制备模拟件,在某海域采取悬挂方式开展自然暴露试验的同时在试验室环境下开展了加速腐蚀试验。对腐蚀后试样的失重和疲劳寿命进行了测试,结果表明,30CrMnSiA试验件在当量加速腐蚀试验时间和某海域自然老化时间匹配时,腐蚀失重和疲劳寿命在95%置信度下一致。
Based on the environmental spectrum of a certain area,30CrMnSiA was used to prepare specimens of bolted lap joints.Part of joints were tested in field accelerated environment corrosion testing was carried out in laboratory.Weight loss and fatigue life were used to evaluate the corrosion degree.The results showed that the weight loss and fatigue life for accelerated corrosion and natural aging corrosion were consistent at the confidence level of 95% in matched time.
