摘要
目的调查医学生养老服务志愿活动的现状及其激励机制,为有效开展养老服务提供依据。方法于2020年1-3月采取方便取样法对成都市某医学院462名医学生养老服务志愿者的基本信息、养老服务志愿者活动情况、养老服务志愿者组织激励措施开展问卷调查。结果医学生养老服务志愿者活动参与频率在性别方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在年级、激励措施公平性评价方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学校采取的激励措施以德育加分占比最高(47.62%);志愿者期望得到物质与精神相结合的激励措施(P<0.05),激励措施来源以政府或社会组织占比最高(37.88%);志愿者认为客观有效的激励措施为德育加分、将志愿服务时间和学分挂钩、规范表彰和奖励、评优评先。结论医学院校应建立大学生养老服务志愿者多元激励机制,促进医学生养老志愿者服务可持续性发展。
Objective To explore the current situation and the incentive measures of volunteer activities for elderly care services by medical students,so as to provide basis for effective development of elderly care services.Methods From January to March 2020,convenient sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey in a medical college in Chengdu.A total of 462 medical students engaged in voluntary services for the aged were investigated on their basic information and voluntary activities,and on incentives of the volunteer organizations.Results Among the objects investigated,there was no statistically significant difference in voluntary activity participation frequency between genders(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference in grades and evaluation of incentives fairness(P<0.05).Extra points for moral education performance had the highest proportion(47.62%)of the incentive measures adopted by the college.Volunteers expected the incentives to be both material and spiritual(P<0.05).Government or social organizations accounted for the highest proportion(37.88%)of the expected sources of incentives.Incentives that volunteers considered objective and effective were extra points for moral education performance,linking voluntary service hour with credits,standardized recognition and reward,and be conducive to the evaluation of excellence.Conclusion Medical colleges and universities should establish a diversified incentive mechanism for college student volunteers engaging in elderly care services to promote the sustainable development of voluntary services for elderly care by medical students.
