摘要
中国共产党十九届六中全会将“坚持胸怀天下”作为党百年奋斗的历史经验之一,充分表明党的世界话语构建进程中始终保持着眼世界格局、顺应历史潮流、关注人类命运的一贯逻辑。讨论党的话语中“共同体”的意义演进,尤其是“中华民族命运共同体”的话语内涵构建,对理解党的世界话语有重要意义。新时代提出的“构建人类命运共同体”是中国共产党面向全人类的世界话语表达,是党对外部世界及自身与世界关系认知发展演变在新阶段的代表。文章认为,从理论上分析人类命运共同体的话语内涵,要从党的世界观念的百年变迁中出发。其中,从延安时期到改革开放之前,党的世界观念分为民族性世界观与革命性世界观,分别对应着两种不同的世界话语;而改革开放之后,伴随世界观念的结构性变化,党的世界话语也不断更新发展。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee counts maintaining a global vision as one of the ten points representing the historical experience from the Party’s endeavors over the past century, which reveals the constant concerning for the world pattern, historical trend and the shared future of humankind in the process of constructing the Party’s cosmopolitan discourse over the past century. The evolution of the meaning of community in intra-Party discourse, especially the construction of the discourse connotation of community with a shared future for the Chinese nation, constitutes a reference frame for understanding the new cosmopolitan discourse. The human community with a shared future is the expression of the cosmopolitan discourse of the CPC for all humanity in the new era, which represents the new stage of the continuous development and evolution of the Party’s understanding of the outside world and its own relationship with the world. The theoretical analysis of the human community with a shared future as a discourse field still needs to start from the history of the change of Party’s cognition of the world. From the Yan’an period to 1978, the Party’s perception of the world is divided into national world outlook and revolutionary world outlook, which correspond to different cosmopolitan discourses respectively. After the reform and opening up policy was implemented, with the structural change of the perception, the world discourse of the Party has undergone a continuous renewal.
