The Hongqiao Business District connects the“five new cities”inward,radiates the hinterland of the surrounding cities in the Yangtze River Delta,and outwardly connects to the international market,reflecting the function of a large transportation hub.The good accessibility and convenience of the transportation hub promotes the gathering and circulation of people and logistics,and promotes the development of the exhibition industry.The development of the convention and exhibition industry further attracts the accumulation of capital flow,information flow and technology flow,promotes the formation and development of core industries,and reflects the functions of convention and exhibition.The development of core industries has further derived high-end businesses such as finance and insurance,and the synergy of industries has driven the increase of economic aggregates,reflecting the function of big business.
