疫情常态化下交通建筑的韧性 被引量:3

摘要 2020年初爆发的"新冠"疫情为社会生活带来了巨大的影响与改变,目前已进入了疫情的常态化管控阶段。地区的经济社会发展需要大量民众的参与,他们的社会生活高度依赖包括铁路、长途、城市公交在内的交通系统,交通建筑是这些交通系统的节点或枢纽。在进行规划设计时应坚持"平疫结合,弹性设计"的原则,从选址、街区整合、交通组织、内部环境设计等全方面考虑,把防疫作为交通建筑不可或缺的一个系统整合到交通建筑的规划设计中。 The outbreak of new Crown Disease in early 2020 has brought great influence and change to social life.Nowadays it has entered the stage of normal control of the epidemic situation.The economic and social development of the region requires the participation of a large number of people,whose social life depends heavily on the transportation system including railway,coach and urban public transportation,and the traffic buildings are the nodes of these transportation systems.In the planning and design,we should adhere to the principle that"flexible design for peacetime and epidemic period",and consider the site selection,traffic organization,interior environment design,etc.,take the epidemic prevention as an indispensable system of traffic building to the overall planning and design.
