摘要
随着国民经济的增长,人们的生活水平得到了提升,也更注重食品的质量,对粮食安全有了更高的要求。而粮食作为各种食物的原材料,种植过程中,极易受到外界环境的影响,譬如水体污染、农药超标等,造成粮食质量下降。为了更好地保证人们的身体健康与生命安全,推动经济发展,相关部门需要强化粮食质量安全监管工作。基于此,本文对粮食质量安全监管的现状以及对策进行简单分析。
With the growth of the national economy,people’s living standards have been improved,more attention has been paid to the quality of food,and there are higher requirements for food security.As the raw material of all kinds of food,grain is easily affected by the external environment during the planting process,such as water pollution and excessive pesticides,resulting in the decline of grain quality.In order to better ensure people’s health and life safety and promote economic development,relevant departments need to strengthen the supervision of food quality and safety.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the current situation and countermeasures of grain quality and safety supervision.
