摘要
重金属在水稻的根、茎、叶以及籽粒中大量积累,不仅影响水稻产量和品质及整个农田生态系统,并可通过食物链危及动物和人类的健康。该文从重金属对水稻植株和人体的危害、水稻吸收重金属的影响因素,以及水稻对重金属抗性等方面,介绍水稻中重金属污染的研究进展,并对今后控制水稻重金属污染提出建议。
Heavy metals can accumulate largely in root,shoot,leaves and grains of rice,which not only effected on the yield and quality of rice,but also brought threats to the field ecosystem.Furthermore,it may pose health risk to animal and human through the food chain.In this review,the research advance on heavy metal pollution in rice was investigated from following three points ：the harm of heavy metals to rice and human,the important factors of uptaking heavy metals in rice and the resistance mechanism for heavy metals in rice.As a whole,some advices were put forward to control the heavy metal pollution in rice.
