摘要
食品行业相关单位在为消费人员提供食用商品的过程中,还应全面保证食品质量,防止食品安全问题的产生,从而保障人们的身体健康。此外,相关部门应加强对食品检测技术的重视,借助各种检测技术,在第一时间找出不达标的食品,防止其进入市场导致不良影响。基于此,本文分析了食品检测技术对食品安全及质量产生的影响,并提出了加强食品安全检测的对策,旨在持续提升食品安全检测工作水平。
In the process of providing edible goods for consumers,relevant units in the food industry should also comprehensively ensure food quality and prevent food safety problems,so as to affect people’s health.In addition,relevant should also pay more attention to food testing technology,and find out the unqualified food at the first time with the help of various testing technologies,so as to prevent it from entering the market and causing adverse effects.Based on this,this paper analyzes the impact of food testing technology on food safety and quality,and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen food safety testing,in order to continuously improve the level of food safety testing.
