摘要
近几年,随着人们健康养生意识的增强,食品安全问题逐渐成为社会各界高度关注的焦点问题。而农药残留作为影响食品安全的重要因素,其检测技术水平也备受人们的关注。本文从检测样品前处理技术和常见的农药残留检测技术两个方面对现阶段食品检测中的农药残留检测技术进行概述,以期能够推动我国食品农药残留检测技术的进一步发展。
With the strengthening of people’s health awareness in recent years,food safety has gradually become the focus of attention from all walks of life.As an important factor affecting food safety,the detection technology level of pesticide residues has naturally attracted people’s attention.This paper summarizes the pesticide residue detection technology in food detection from the two aspects,that is sample pretreatment technology and common pesticide residue detection technology,in order to promote the further development of food pesticide residue detection technology in China.
