摘要
快速检测技术广泛应用于食品安全领域,能够满足大量样品快速分析的需求,是监督管理食品安全问题的重要手段和有效措施。本文介绍了食品安全快速检测技术主要类型及应用,并对未来快速检测技术的发展提出了展望,以期为保障食品质量安全提供参考。
Rapid detection technology is widely used in the field of food safety,which can meet the needs of rapid analysis of a large number of samples.It is an important means and effective measure to supervise and manage food safety problems.This paper introduces the main types and applications of food safety rapid detection technology and would prospect the development of rapid detection technology in the future and provide reference for ensuring food quality and safety.
