摘要
为了探讨广东省特教教师招聘制度,文章以广东省某高校2018—2021年毕业的258名特教本科专业学生为对象进行问卷调查。研究发现,报考:49.75%及63.05%分别表示,招聘限应届或年龄35岁以下才可报考。报考特教学校占92.64%,报考普校附设的特教班别占比明显较低。81.01%或71.71%表示,有的招聘限硕士或重点大学才可报名;考试:80%以上表示招聘包含笔试、试讲、面试。仅35.07%或36.02%分别表示,笔试内容完全针对特教或大部分针对特教。不到10%表示其就读的高校曾提供招聘辅导;录取:97.11%表示体检合格才能录取。27.52%表示录取者需于学期中试岗;感受:愈认为招聘公告清楚明确者,也愈相信招聘的公正性及对专业能力的鉴别度,愈相信招聘公平公正者,则愈相信其对专业能力具有鉴别度。
This study investigated the recruitment experiences of 258 candidates graduating from a college in Guangdong province from 2018 to 2021 to explore the special education teachers recruiting measures of Guangdong province.The major results were as follows:Registering:49.75%or 63.05%of respondents indicated that recruitments were limited to fresh graduates or age under 35.Special education school accounted for the 92.64%of recruitments,while special education placements inside general schools accounted for low proportion.81.01%or 71.71%indicated that some recruitments were limited to master or key universities graduates;Examination:More than 80%of respondents indicated that recruitments included writing examination,trial lecture and interview.Only 35.07%or 36.02%respondents said that the contents of writing examination focused entirely or mostly on special education.Less than 10%of respondents said that the college had trained them for the recruiting;Admission:97.11%of respondents said that they had to pass the physical examination before admission,and 27.52%indicated that admitted candidates need to take a mid-semester trial job before being hired;Perception:Candidates who perceived recruitment announcements clear,the more likely they believed in the fairness of recruitments and that competences could be discriminated by the requirements.Candidates who believed in the fairness of recruitments,the more likely they also believed that competences could discriminated by the recruitments.
