平贝母收获机滚筒筛的优化设计及仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 对平贝母进行了压缩试验测量其材料力学参数,得到了平贝母的弹性模量平均值E=3.5MPa,泊松比平均值μ=0.35,为平贝母由采收到加工的各个环节所涉及的机械设备的设计与制造提供了不可或缺的机械参数,为平贝母收获机滚筒筛的优化设计提供了数据。针对平贝母收获机滚筒筛的优化进行了研究,运用MatLab对平贝母收获机滚筒筛进行了优化设计,优化了滚筒筛的参数,得出滚筒筛的最佳半径为440mm。采用仿真软件EDEM进行仿真模拟验证优化的参数是否合理,并制造出滚筒筛实物进行筛分试验以验证仿真结果。 Extrusion tests were carried out on fritillaria to measure its material mechanical parameters,and the average elastic modulus of fritillaria was E=3.5MPa and the average poissons ratioμ=0.35.It provides indispensable mechanical parameters for the design and manufacture of mechanical equipment involved in each link of the harvesting and processing of fritillaria,and provides data for the optimal design of the screening mechanism of fritillaria harvester.The optimization of the screening mechanism of the fritillaria harvester was studied.MATLAB was used to optimize the design of the trommel screen of the fritillaria harvester.The parameters of the trommel were optimized,and the optimal radius of the trommel was 440mm.Finally,the simulation software EDEM is used to simulate and verify whether the optimized parameters are reasonable.
