摘要
针对目前平贝母等级筛分机存在生产率低和破损率高的问题,从原理上设计一种与12kW柴油机配套的可一次性完成输送、等级分级和收集平贝母等多道工序的平贝母等级筛分机。选用UG软件建立平贝等级筛分机的零部件模型,并利用其装配模块对样机进行了实验仿真,确定筛分率较高,损失低的设计的最佳设计参数。
Aiming at the problems of low screening rate and high breakage rate on the current fritillaria ussuriensis grade screen vessel, designed a 12kW diesel multi-channel spiral Fritillaria ussuriensis maxim of supporting disposable transmission primaries, classification, sorting impurity and collection fritillaria ussuriensis. Through UG, the model parts of fritillaria ussuriensis grade screen vessel was designed, and the simulation results of fritillaria ussuriensis determined the optimal design parameters of higher screening rate and lower loss.
