摘要
以拖拉机电子控制单元驱动电路为基础,对驱动电路故障类型及故障监测需求进行分析,并利用恒流源电路建立电子电路故障监测系统逻辑电路图。对监测系统逻辑进行分析表明:电子电路故障监测系统可根据驱动电路中检测点的电压信号,有效地对电路短接故障、电路断路故障、接触不良现象、电路正负极短接电源以及正负极短接大地等故障逻辑进行有效监测,为电路故障监测系统设计开发提供理论基础。
Based on the driving circuit of tractor electronic control unit,this paper analyzes the fault types and fault monitoring requirements of the driving circuit,and establishes the logic circuit diagram of the electronic circuit fault monitoring system by using the constant current source circuit.Through the logic analysis of the monitoring system,it can be concluded that the electronic circuit fault monitoring system can effectively monitor the circuit short circuit fault,circuit open circuit fault,poor contact phenomenon,circuit short circuit power supply and positive and negative pole short grounding and other fault logic according to the voltage signal of the detection point in the driving circuit,which provides the theory for the software development of the circuit fault monitoring system Basics.
