我段DF_4型机车采用JK-2H型机车运行监控装置以来,产生的主要故障有主机死机、电源故障、速度通道故障、机车信号复示故障、制动风管风压通道故障、紧急停车电路故障、接地故障等,分别讲述了其现象、原因及处理对策。
Through using JK-2H locomotive operation monitoring devices DF4 locomotives in Guangzhou Depot, the author lists some main breakdowns on locomotive operation monitoring devices, which includes main control unit breakdown, power breakdown, speed signal channel breakdown, locomotive signal displaying breakdown, air pressure channel breakdown on the brake cube, emergency stop circuit breakdown, and grounding breakdown, and analyses these lreakdowns and then points out treatment to these breakdowns.
