摘要 针对残膜捡拾打捆与茎秆回收联合作业机卸下的残膜堆过于松散、机具收膜速度与自动化水平低的问题,设计了一种残膜捡拾打捆与茎秆回收联合作业机(简称联合作业机)的液压系统。使用CAXA CAD2016软件设计绘制出液压系统原理图,根据《液压工程师技术手册》对主要液压元器件进行设计选型,设计出了液压系统,实现了茎秆粉碎还田装置升降、弹齿链耙拾膜机构升降、卷膜板机构开合与卷膜皮带补偿等精准动作、以打捆合格率最高为优化目标确定最优参数组合,运用Box-behnken响应面法的原理设计了联合作业机三因素三水平正交试验,使用Design-Expert8.0.5b软件的寻优功能确定最优工作参数,并在田间对修正后的最优参数组合进行试验验证。正交优化试验表明:3个因素影响打捆合格率的显著性排序为溢流阀20溢流压力>液压系统的压力>液压管的通径;最优参数组合为液压系统的压力13MPa,溢流阀20溢流压力5MPa,液压管的通径8mm。田间验证试验表明:在最优工作参数下,实际打捆合格率为93.69%,非常接近预测值97.26%。对液压系统进行优化后,联合作业机的打捆合格率提高,优化了联合作业机的打捆效果,提升了整机的性能,设计过程和研究结果可以为联合作业机进一步优化提供参考。 Aiming at the difficulty of too loose residual film heap discharged from the film remnant recycle and stem crushing combined machine,and low film collecting speed and automation level of the machine,a hydraulic system of a film remnant recycle and stem crushing combined machineis(hereinafter referred to as the combined machine)was designed.The CAXA CAD2016 software was used to design and draw the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system,looked up the technical manual of hydraulic engineers,designed and selected the main hydraulic components,and designed the hydraulic system.Precise actions such as lifting of stalk crusher,lifting of spring tooth chain harrow picking up film mechanism,opening and closing of film rolling plate and compensation of film rolling belt are realized.The optimal combinations was determined by taking the highest bundling pass rate as goal.The box-Behnken response surface method was used to design and complete the three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment of the combined machine.The optimization function of Design-Expert8.0.5 B software was used to determine the optimal working parameters,and the modified optimal parameter combination was tested and verified in the field.The orthogonal optimization experiments showed that the effects of various factours on the bundling pass rate were in the order of relief pressure of relief valve 20>pressure of hydraulic system>opening of hy-draulic pipe pat.The optimal parameter combination was as follows the pressure of the hydraulic system was 13 MPa,the relief pressure of relief valve 20 was 5 MPa,and the opening of hy-draulic pipe pat was 8 mm.The field verification test showed that under the optimal combinations,the actual bundling pass rate was 93.69%,which was very close to the predicted value of 97.26%.After the optimization of the hydraulic system,the bundling pass rate of the combined machine is improved,the baling effect of the combined machine is optimized,and the performance of the whole machine is improved.The design process and re
