摘要
为研究多层覆盖一体式日光温室的保温性能,设计试验测量记录多层覆盖一体式日光温室内的温度,并基于非稳态传热模型,采用计算流体力学(Computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件针对无卷帘覆盖状态下目标温室的温度场进行了数值模拟、对模拟结果进行分析,并将测量值和模拟所得的温度值进行了对比验证,结果表明:二者最大误差小于10%,温度的实测值与模拟值吻合度良好,CFD对多层覆盖一体式日光温室无卷帘覆盖工作状况下温度场的模拟真实度较高。通过对温室内环境模拟结果分析,可以显示温室内温度分布状况,模拟结果可为多层覆盖一体式日光温室的结构优化设计及环境参数控制等方面的研究提供理论依据。
In order to study the thermal insulation performance of the multi-layer covering integrated solar greenhouse,this paper designs an experiment to measure and record the temperature in the multi-layer covering integrated solar greenhouse.Based on the unsteady heat transfer model,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software is used to numerically simulate the temperature field of the target greenhouse under the state of no rolling shutters.The simulation results are analyzed,and the measured value and the simulated temperature value are compared and verified.The results show that the maximum error between the two is less than 10%,and the measured value of temperature is in good agreement with the simulated value.The CFD simulation of the temperature field of the multi-layer covering integrated solar greenhouse without rolling blinds has a high degree of accuracy.Through the analysis of the environmental simulation results in the greenhouse,the temperature distribution in the greenhouse can be displayed.The simulation results in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the research on the structural optimization design of the multi-layered covering integrated solar greenhouse and the control of environmental parameters.
